For those of you who haven't been here

Here are some pics of my place. My mom wanted to see where I live so instead of just emailing them I posted them so you all could see. It is mainly just the living/dining room and Deo's room. I will put my room but Ilich is sleeping in there right now. I have to put those pillows back on the couch 100 times a day after Deo gets a hold of them.
Notice all of our beautiful art, courtesy of Tita (Ilich's mother) that she has been collecting for years and come from all over the world. We have 2 more pieces to put up so the walls will be re-arranged in a couple of days. (Gracias por todo Tita!)
My prize finds are the crazy dining room table and the acrylic coffee table. I love them.
Deo has his trundle bed and train table in his room now. Those were also good finds on my part.
My mannequin is currently living in the kitchen.

Sorry its been a while!

I can't believe its been so long since I last posted. I have been taking classes online and a bunch of other excuses you don't want to hear. I guess we can start with his birthday....Deo turned 2 on November 20th! Yay! So a belated blog happy birthday to him. We had a cupcake here at home in the morning before he went to school and decorated the house so when he woke up he went into the living room and saw them all. He is obsessed with the happy birthday banner because we used it for my birthday too. He got mad when we finally took it down. That weekend we went to Grams in port st. lucie and had a huge Thomas the train cake and more presents. He loved it.
He is doing well in school and loves going there every morning. He had a long break over christmas and we went to MA for a week. Santa came to grandpas. Tita came here and Deo remembered her very well and we were all excited to see her. Then we went to ma because I missed everyone (I had not planned to go, I bought a ticket 2 days before)so unfortunatley we didn't get to spend a lot of time with her. We will go to Mexico soon and make up for it, hopefully in March again.
